Coffee and Walnut Cake with Coffee Butter Icing

A rich six inch Coffee and Walnut cake baked by Sarah in her own kitchen in Pershore. The two layers of sponge are sandwiched together with coffee butter icing and the top is decorated with even more coffee butter icing and chopped walnuts for added crunch.
