1. Strictly no smoking in the house.
2. Bells Farm is let as holiday accommodation on a weekly basis. We will look forward to welcoming you after 3pm on the day of your arrival and we ask you to leave by 10am on the day of your departure.
3. In case of emergency we reserve the right of access to the house at any time during the letting period.
4. We will be pleased to confirm your booking in writing once we have received a completed booking form and £100 deposit. Should you cancel for any reason the deposit may be forfeited if we cannot re-let the cottage.
5. We ask you to pay the balance 2 months before arrival date plus the £50 Housekeeping Bond; otherwise we reserve the right to re-let your week(s).
6. The house may not be sublet, nor should the number of persons in occupation exceed 8 without prior permission from the landlord.
7. We ask that you prevent your dogs from going upstairs or sitting on the furniture.
8. We will be grateful if you can leave the house as clean and tidy as possible, stripping the bedlinen off the beds you used.
